Basic details to set up your account.

This Privacy Policy explains how ProductHub ("ProductHub", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when businesses ("Merchants") register on our platform to create an online store and sell their products, and when people browse or buy from those stores ("Customers"). By registering or using ProductHub you agree to this policy.
For Merchant accounts (the company and its admin users), ProductHub decides how the data is used and is responsible for it. For Customer data collected through a Merchant's store (orders, addresses, contact details), the Merchant decides how it is used and ProductHub processes it on the Merchant's behalf to run the store. Customers should also read the privacy policy of the store they buy from.

Automatically, from everyone: device and browser information, IP address, pages and products viewed, and cookies (see section 7).
We do not sell personal data. We do not use Customer data collected through a Merchant's store to market our own services to those Customers.
We share only what is needed with trusted providers who help us run ProductHub, under appropriate confidentiality and security terms:
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect the rights, safety and property of ProductHub, our users or the public. If ProductHub is merged or acquired, data may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
We keep Merchant and store data while the account is active. If a plan lapses, your store is paused but your data is kept so you can renew. When an account is closed we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices and payment records for tax purposes).
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords and restricted access to systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember which store you are visiting and keep your cart. Advertising partners such as Google may set their own cookies to show and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the service may not work without essential cookies.
Merchants are responsible for the products they list and for handling their Customers' personal data lawfully — including having a privacy policy for their store, using Customer data only to fulfil orders and serve those Customers, and responding to their Customers' requests. Merchants must not upload content that infringes others' rights or contains personal data without a lawful basis.
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent you have given, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Merchants can update most details directly from their admin dashboard. Customers should first contact the store they bought from; we will help Merchants respond. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide parts of the service.
ProductHub is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify Merchants by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use ProductHub after a change means you accept the updated policy.
For questions, requests about your data, or complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at support@producthub.co.in. We aim to acknowledge requests within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
