Do I need any technical knowledge?

No. If you can fill in a form and upload a photo, you can run your store. Sign-up walks you through each step.

Is there a free trial? What do I pay after it?

Yes — every new store gets a 15-day free trial with no payment needed. To continue, choose a plan pack. Your first payment includes a one-time ₹2,999 onboarding fee, which is non-refundable. After that you only pay the plan pack price when you renew.

How do my customers pay?

Online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) or Cash on Delivery. Online payments go to your own Razorpay account.

How do customers find my store?

Your store gets its own link and store code. Share it on WhatsApp or social media, or print it as a QR code for your shop counter.

What happens when my plan pack ends?

You'll get reminders before it ends. If it lapses, your store is paused for customers until you renew from your dashboard — your products and orders stay safe.

Can I change my storefront design later?

Yes. Switch between the five designs any time from your dashboard — your products and settings carry over.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ProductHub ("ProductHub", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when businesses ("Merchants") register on our platform to create an online store and sell their products, and when people browse or buy from those stores ("Customers"). By registering or using ProductHub you agree to this policy.

1. Who is responsible for your data

For Merchant accounts (the company and its admin users), ProductHub decides how the data is used and is responsible for it. For Customer data collected through a Merchant's store (orders, addresses, contact details), the Merchant decides how it is used and ProductHub processes it on the Merchant's behalf to run the store. Customers should also read the privacy policy of the store they buy from.

2. Information we collect

From Merchants, when you register and use your account:

  • Business details — company name, business email and phone number, address, city, state, PIN code, industry, GSTIN and website.
  • Branding and store content — logo, banners, social media links, store pages, and the products you list (names, descriptions, prices, photos, stock, categories and variants).
  • Admin user details — name, username, email, mobile number and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form), plus details of team members you invite.
  • Subscription and billing records — your plan, its validity, amounts paid, and payment and order references from our payment provider.
  • Payment gateway and messaging settings you choose to add, such as your own Razorpay or WhatsApp keys.

From Customers of Merchant stores:

  • Name, mobile number, email address and delivery addresses.
  • Orders, cart and wishlist contents, product reviews and photos you upload, and messages sent through contact forms.
  • Payment status and payment references. Card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with our payment partner (Razorpay) and are never stored by ProductHub.

Automatically, from everyone: device and browser information, IP address, pages and products viewed, and cookies (see section 7).

3. How we use information

  • To create and run your account and online store, and to display your products to Customers.
  • To process orders and payments, generate invoices and packing slips, and track deliveries.
  • To send service messages — order confirmations and updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp, account and password-reset emails, and plan expiry reminders.
  • To manage your subscription, including your free trial, the onboarding fee and plan renewals.
  • To provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, keep the platform secure, and improve our features.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use Customer data collected through a Merchant's store to market our own services to those Customers.

4. Sharing with service providers

We share only what is needed with trusted providers who help us run ProductHub, under appropriate confidentiality and security terms:

  • Payments — Razorpay, to process subscription payments and Merchant store payments.
  • Messaging — email, SMS and WhatsApp providers (such as Twilio and Meta) to deliver notifications.
  • Hosting and infrastructure — to store data and keep the service running.
  • Advertising — Google AdSense may show ads on our public pages and on stores that have not opted out, and may use cookies to do so.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect the rights, safety and property of ProductHub, our users or the public. If ProductHub is merged or acquired, data may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

5. How long we keep data

We keep Merchant and store data while the account is active. If a plan lapses, your store is paused but your data is kept so you can renew. When an account is closed we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices and payment records for tax purposes).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords and restricted access to systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember which store you are visiting and keep your cart. Advertising partners such as Google may set their own cookies to show and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the service may not work without essential cookies.

8. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the products they list and for handling their Customers' personal data lawfully — including having a privacy policy for their store, using Customer data only to fulfil orders and serve those Customers, and responding to their Customers' requests. Merchants must not upload content that infringes others' rights or contains personal data without a lawful basis.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent you have given, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Merchants can update most details directly from their admin dashboard. Customers should first contact the store they bought from; we will help Merchants respond. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide parts of the service.

10. Children

ProductHub is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify Merchants by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use ProductHub after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact and grievances

For questions, requests about your data, or complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at support@producthub.co.in. We aim to acknowledge requests within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
